Packet pick up is sponsored by Likewise Coffee!
Pick up your packets at Likewise Coffee (located in front of True Vine) on Thursday, September 21st or Friday, September 22nd from 12-6pm. You can also pick up your packet the evening of the race Saturday, September, 23rd inside our taproom at the Wine Bar.
Your packet pickups will include your Neon Nite tee, bib, bib pins, goodies from local businesses, etc. IMPORTANT!!! YOUR BIB is your ENTRY to the run, the after party and your TICKET for one post run beer (21+ older) or non-alcoholic beverage.
route & parking
Parking is limited. If possible, find a buddy to carpool with. Parking is available on site before 6:30pm on the paved parking area just South of our pavilion and beer garden. After 6:30pm, the West bound side of Earl Campbell Parkway will be closed by local law enforcement to protect our runners. After that point, parking will only be available on John Carney Drive, North of our facility. Please park on the East side of the road. We will also have parking available inside the fenced area at Goodwill Industries of East Texas on John Carney Drive. If you need directions to this North parking area, tap here. Below is a quick map showing these parking locations which are highlighted in RED.
The Beer Run route is highlighted in YELLOW. Starting at the green oval, North along John Carney Drive, Left on Robertson, Left on Bennett, Left on Earl Campbell Parkway, U-turn at Old Noonday Road, West on Earl Campbell, Right on Mosaic Way then ends at the black dotted white oval. 3.2 miles +/-.
The Root Beer Dash route highlighted in PURPLE (for registered kiddos) will start at the main starting line and finish at the normal finish line in the opposite direction. Easy peasy!

5:00-6:30pm - Race Day Registration available at the Wine Bar inside the Taproom! Also last minute Packet Pickup will be here that day as well. (Read more about Packet Pickup below!) Also check out the vendors who will be onsite that evening!
6:30pm - Kids Root Beer Dash!
7:00pm - Pre-Race Ceremony Begins at the Starting Line sponsored by Lemon Yellow! Be Free Yoga will be joining us for a pre-run stretch at the Starting Line. National Anthem will be sung by Caden Crawford.
7:20pm - And we're off! Race begins! Have fun lighting up the streets! Course ends at the Finish Line sponsored by Living Acts Church. Pickup your Neon Nite glass at the Alta Federal Credit Union booth upon completion to redeem your free beverage!
8:30pm - Awards Ceremony sponsored by Relax Lab
8:30-11pm - After Party w/DJ Klinz 80's style!
Note: Part of Earl Campbell will be closed off for the race by 6:30, so arrive early! There is also entrance off Robertson/John Carney as well. Parking info below!
Our sponsor, Christus Sports Medicine, will be onsite with trainers for this event as well!
Along the way runners will be greeted by "course stations" set up on the route by our friends from around Tyler. Course stations will be handing out things like water, swag, playing hype music, etc. Feel free to invite your own support team to cheer you along the route! There will be a Motivation Station booth setup sponsored by Joyfull Bites Cafe for them to decorate posters and get geared up to cheer you on before the race!
Runners will finish with a tasty True Vine beverage (Beer for 21+). We will have DJ Klinz onsite to get the after party going and Sola Bread Co. & a local food truck will have plenty of food options for you to purchase.
